NetRegs changes for summer 2012
NetRegs is currently hosted on the Environment agency website.
Our environmental topics are currently accessible in the Environment and Efficiency section of the following business websites

The guidance is structured slightly differently from what you’re used to on NetRegs, but covers the same key topic areas.
Users in Northern Ireland and Scotland
The Northern Ireland environment agency (NIEA) and Scottish Environment protection agency (SEPA) are working together to produce a new NetRegs site to provide guidance for businesses in Northern Ireland and Scotland. This will be launched in the summer of 2012.
Our new site will continue to provide guidance tailored for business types, as well as key current and future legislation lists.
During the autumn of 2012 we aim to start bringing back the NetRegs content that was moved to Business Information Northern Ireland and Business Gateway.
Users in England and Wales
Businesses based in England and Wales will be able to access a full range of business guidance through the Business and Industry pages Environment Agency website, and through the Environment and efficiency pages of Business Link and Business Wales.
