Climate change

Global climate change affects everyone. It is considered the most serious environmental threat to our planet.

The UK is committed to the Kyoto Protocol, an international agreement which aims to limit greenhouse gas emissions and reduce climate change.

There are a number of initiatives to encourage businesses to use fossil fuels more efficiently and reduce emissions of greenhouse gases. These initiatives are:
